专题：第二届外资银行高峰论坛

　　由中国最大的财经网络媒体和讯网主办的第二届外资银行高峰论坛于2月26日在上海香格里拉大酒店隆重召开。本次会议主题为“中国市场的制胜之道”。这是和讯网在继2006年成功举办了主题为“国际私人银行与财富管理”首届外资银行高峰论坛之后召开的又一银行业盛会。

　　以下是第二届外资银行高峰论坛嘉宾介绍： 

东亚银行（中国）副行长 林志民

　　林志民：东亚银行（中国）副行长

　　林志民博士，42岁，出生于中国香港。现任东亚银行（中国）有限公司副行长，主管个人银行及财富管理、全国分支机构发展及管理、中国资金中心、中国信用卡中心及金融产品创新和发展。

　　林博士具备18年丰富银行经验。曾任东亚银行大连分行和厦门分行行长、台北分行副行长、福州代表处首席代表和广州分行业务经理。此外,林博士曾任职荷兰商业银行上海分行副总裁。

　　林博士于澳洲国立南澳大学获取工商管理博士及应用商业硕士，澳洲梅铎大学工商管理硕士、英国修尔福大学商业营销学理学硕士、香港浸会大学荣誉文凭，英国特许营销学会专业文凭、并为英国特许营销学会会员及获得特许营销师职称。

　　林博士热心社会服务，现任大连市政协特约委员、并曾任大连及厦门银行业协会理事、大连市工商业联合会执行委员、中国国际商会大连商会常务理事等。

　　Dr Cartier LAM Chi-man （林志民）

　　Dr Lam, age 42, born in Hong Kong, is the Executive Vice President of the Bank of East Asia (China) Ltd. He is in-charge of Personal Banking & Wealth Management, Branch Distribution Development & Administration, China Treasury Centre, China Credit Card Centre and New Product Development.

　　Dr Lam possesses 18-year banking experience. Prior to the present position, he was the General Manager of BEA’s Dalian Branch and Xiamen Branch, the Deputy General Manager of Taipei Branch, the Chief Representative of Fuzhou Rep. Office and the Business Manager of Guangzhou Branch. Dr Lam was once the Vice President of ING Bank Shanghai Branch.

　　Dr Lam received his Doctor of Business Administration degree & a Master of Advanced Business Practice degree from the University of South Australia, a MBA degree from the Murdoch University (Australia), a MSc. degree in Marketing from the University of Salford (England), an Honorary Diploma from the Hong Kong Baptist University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is a full member and elected as a Chartered Marketer of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

　　Dr Lam is active in social services. He is an invited Member of CPPCC Dalian. He was the Executive Committee Member of Dalian Banking Association and Xiamen Banking Association, the Standing Executive Member of Dalian Association of Industry & Commerce, and the Standing Member of the China Chamber of International Commerce Dalian Chamber of Commerce.
